RELOADING FOR RIFLE
This course is designed to teach the beginning reloader proper techniques of reloading. The student will learn the round components, cleaning, interpreting the manual, use of dies, assembling the rounds, and safety procedures Topics will include uniforming primer pockets, flash hole deburring, measuring chamber length, seating bullets off rifle lands, ogive, load development, neck turning, chamber pressures, etc. The course is designed to teach the shooter to make rounds that will maintain a minimum of 1 MOA of accuracy at distance. Sub .5 MOA of accuracy is not uncommon.
-Day two of this course is field load development and is designed to take your precision rounds from the bench to the firing range. Proper basic bench/prone techniques will be taught to the student during this block of instruction. During the grouping stage the student will shoot his loads through a chronograph for group at 100 yards. The loads will be analyzed by grouping, extreme velocity spread, standard velocity deviation, etc.
-Upon completion of field load development, the student will complete the Steel on Target portion of the day. The basic fundamentals on how to adjust for distance and wind while maintaining consistency will be addressed. The topics covered include how to develop a "dope" chart, ranging (both reticle and laser), wind reading, impact adjustment, calling your shot, etc. This is to give the student basic knowledge of applied ballistics and proper utilization. This is not a replacement of a tactical precision course. The average range the student will shoot is between 300 and 750 yards.
-The student may elect to attempt a 760 yard golf ball shoot as a confidence builder. This shot is usually filmed and uploaded to the company’s YouTube account for viewing.
-This is a private 16 hour training session. Course price is $1250. Please contact us to schedule your class. The course can be modified to one full day if the student has prior reloading experience.
**** Please note that this course is best utilized with a rifle capable of 1 MOA or less accuracy, bi-pod, rear bag, and a quality optic with target turrets.
BASIC RIFLE
This is an introduction to long range target engagement. The day starts with shooting your rifle through a chronograph and building your dope chart. Proper shooting techniques such as preloading the bipod, trigger control and recoil management is covered. In depth instruction is given on the operation and use of target optics. Students will engage targets from 100 to 1000 yards. Special emphasis is placed on ranging, dialing, reading wind, and connecting with the target. The use of ranging reticles and the Mil-Dot Master is covered. The student will learn how to spot his or her own shots and make corrections. At the completion of the course, the student will have a solid foundation on long range target engagement and confidence to “make the shot”.

ADVANCED RIFLE
This course builds on what is learned in PR I. PR I and II can be taken back to back. PR I is not a requirement for PR II if the student has prior experience. The focus of PR II is on positional shooting and shooting under stress. This training helps prepare both the competition shooter and the war fighter. Special problem solving scenarios are presented to the student that requires resolution under time and in unnatural shooting positions. Targets are at known and unknown distances. A National Match or loop-type sling is required for the course. Students will shoot slung, free hand, off barricades, through loop holes, and other positions that will prepare the student for rapid deployment of the precision rifle. Ranging and milling exercises are part of the training.

- This course can be extended to two days to fully familiarize the student with the shooting concepts. The 16 hour course is $1500. It can be PRI &II together or two days of PRII. However, when electing two days of training, Night Fire is included. The Night Fire allows the student to experience target engagement in limited illumination. Targets will be engaged with natural lunar illumination (dependent of weather conditions), high and low intensity artificial illumination, and weapon mounted lights. Average maximum distance in this night training exercise is 500 yards dependent of environmental conditions. Group rates up to 5 people are $1000 each for the 16hr course.

EXTREME LONG RANGE (ELR)
- This course provides the student to shoot beyond 1000 yards. The maximum range at NTRP is 1760 yards (ONE MILE) The shooting takes place from two towers at 1400 and 1760 yards. This is an excellent opportunity to stretch the legs of rifles chambered in calibers that are supersonic to this distance. There will be a focus on taking multiple wind readings along the length of the range. Proper fundamentals and ballistics will be reviewed. PR II or proof of prior training is required for this course. Complete familiarization and knowledge of your weapon system is mandatory. You will be required to finish the day at the 1000 yard tower if your projectiles are determined to be subsonic at 1400 yards. Subsonic at one mile will require you to finish the course at the 1400 yard tower.

HUNTING RIFLE
This course is designed to allow hunters an opportunity to develop and improve thier marksmanship in real world scenarios. Elk and Safari hunters do not have the luxury of hunting from fixed firing positions or steady rests. They are often shooting on the move off of shooting sticks or improvised rests. In this class, steel targets are placed in increments out to 600 yards. Shooters practice engaging targets from all positions, supported and unsupported. Special emphasis is placed on using shooting sticks since this is the most common form of shooting when not hunting from a box blind. The targets can also be arranged to simulate the student's prior hunting experiences for practice and special problem solving exercises.

M-STOMP
(Mobile-Shooting Tower Observation Multi Purpose)
-The M-STOMP is a shooting platform built on top of a flatbed trailer. It supports 4 prone shooters and elevates the shooter nine feet off the ground. It is completely mobile and can be towed to any location for use. All four corners have leveling jacks that make the M-STOMP completely level and stable with no swaying or vibration. Overhead shade can also be created to make the shooter(s) more comfortable. This platform can create hunting and shooting areas on property that was previously unaccessible. NTRP can be hired to bring the M-STOMP to your property for a daily rate plus mileage. Details, pictures and video of the M-STOMP can be found on the NTRP forum here:
